*Fractional is really just a way to say 'part time' or outsourced - the kind of senior finance support big companies have in-house full time and pay 6 figures for, but scaled to what you actually need.

How it works
I’ll get to know your business from the ground up. After that, we’ll meet regularly to plan, forecast, review, and adjust: whatever is needed, whenever it’s needed. I’ll keep the filings and compliance locked down while we co-create forecasts, budgets, and strategies that give your mission the room to grow without burning you out.
I’m also on hand for the in-between moments too. When you wobble, I’m there with a calm voice note walking you through the plan. And when a big, world-shifting idea sparks, I’m right there, running the numbers so you can move with confidence.
Pricing Guide:
For start-ups and businesses turning over £100k–£500k, ongoing support typically starts from £350–£750 + VAT per month. For more established organisations with higher turnover and complexity, fees typically start from £1,500–£3,500+ VAT per month.
For project-based or ad-hoc work, my time-based rates are £200 + VAT per hour, £700 + VAT for a half day, or £1,100 + VAT for a full day. Not-for-profits get 25% off.

How do we get started?
Simple: book a call. We’ll talk through your situation — goals, challenges, and opportunities — and explore what kind of support would make the biggest difference. If it feels like a fit, I’ll draft a proposal that we refine together, so it works for your reality and your rhythm.
What makes this different from a traditional accountant?
A ‘traditional accountant’ tends to focus only on compliance. With me, you get the compliance done properly and a CFO-level partnership that keeps you resourced, strategic, and ready to make confident decisions.
I’ll tell you what I think — based on years of experience, wide industry knowledge, and the assurance of being an ICAEW-regulated practice. Many accountants aren’t trained, insured, or comfortable giving advice beyond the numbers. My work is rooted in consultancy: helping you navigate ambiguity, weigh up options, and move forward with confidence.
How do we work together?
It’s collaborative — and designed to be a blessing, not a burden. Most of my partnerships are a mix of structured CFO/strategy sessions, ad-hoc advice, and async support an pep talks. We don’t get lost in endless email chains (unless you love them). Instead, we use what works for you and your team — Slack, WhatsApp, DMs, Loom videos, diagrams, or checklists.
The point is that information doesn’t get stuck; it’s shared in ways that actually feel usable and neuro-friendly.
Most of my work is remote, which means I can support clients across the UK and internationally. For overseas clients, I don’t handle local filings, but I do advise on systems, structures, budgets, commercial planning, and performance.
What matters isn’t where you’re based — it’s what you’re building.

I work with everything from pre-revenue start-ups to established multi-division groups turning over many millions. That includes for profit ventures, groups, charities, social enterprises, and not-for-profits.
Industries I’ve supported include tech, creative, retail, professional services, e-commerce, consultancy, health, care and wellbeing, entertainment & media, and organisations focused on community, environmental and social impact.

Do you replace my accountant?
Sometimes — but not always. I can work alongside your existing compliance accountant if you already have one you trust. Or, because I run a regulated ICAEW Chartered Accountancy practice, I can cover both the compliance and the CFO-level strategy so everything is joined up.
What I don’t do is take on clients who only want the basics ticked off. I’m not a factory-farm accountant. The value of this partnership comes from combining solid compliance with strategic, individual support: budgets, forecasts, systems, and commercial insight that actually help you make decisions. That’s how the numbers start fuelling your mission, not just ticking the tax boxes.
